The Green Energy Kriya is more than a set of physical exercises – it is a complete journey through the human energy system. This powerful sequence gently guides us from the physical body toward the soul body, bringing balance to all Ten Bodies of Consciousness as taught in Kundalini Yoga..
How it works?
We begin with grounding, dynamic movements that activate the legs, hips, and lower body – engaging the first three chakras. This phase creates stability and reconnects us with our body, the Earth, and daily life.
Next, we move into a water-like flow, with rocking, fluid movements symbolizing emotional release and the cleansing of the second chakra. This is where we begin to “stir the waters,” initiating energetic movement and increasing the pranic flow.
Then comes the fire element – intense cardio exercises that awaken the third chakra, connected to willpower, transformation, and personal power. Here the body begins to sweat, and vital energy is powerfully activated.
From there, we transition into balancing postures that open the chest and strengthen the heart chakra, enhancing the electromagnetic field and cultivating compassion and emotional harmony.
Finally, the practice rises into voice, sound, and resonance – using mantra and meditation to expand our awareness beyond time and space, touching the upper chakras and connecting with our intuitive and spiritual essence.
What makes this kriya truly unique is its comprehensive structure. It’s not a short or singularly focused set – it’s an inner universe. It integrates physical strength, emotional flow, spiritual clarity, heart-centered presence, authentic expression, and a deep sense of unity. This kriya is a full-spectrum experience of who we are as human and spiritual beings.
The Nervous System and the Electromagnetic Field – A Subtle Connection
The human electromagnetic field – often referred to as the aura – is deeply connected to the health of the nervous system. While often thought of as something mystical, the aura also reflects the body’s electrical activity and the state of our internal systems.
When we are calm, regulated, and present, our magnetic field is strong and stable. When we’re overstimulated, exhausted, or living in chronic stress, that field becomes weak – and we’re more vulnerable to outside influences, distractions, and emotional instability.
The Green Energy Kriya supports the nervous system through a combination of rhythm, breath, and focused awareness. This synergy helps rebuild the protective field around us, bringing us back into balance and presence.
My Personal Connection with This Kriya
The Green Energy Kriya was one of the very first practices I consistently taught – in classes, workshops, and even in my own personal space. The idea to dive into it came to me intuitively, as an answer to questions I hadn’t yet fully formed.
I believe it’s because my soul’s calling is closely connected to the energy of the heart, transformation, and leading others through presence. This kriya embodies all of those qualities. It became a kind of spiritual compass in physical form – grounding me, opening me, and guiding me forward.
Why It’s Called “A Complete Set for Opportunities and Possibilities”
Often referred to as the “Green Energy Kriya – A Complete Set for Opportunities and Possibilities,” this practice is designed to open the energetic pathways that help us receive, respond to, and create new possibilities in our lives. By aligning the chakras, balancing the Ten Bodies, and strengthening our magnetic field, this kriya prepares us to step into a higher frequency of life – one where synchronicities, healing, and inner direction become more available.
It’s a full-body, full-spirit reset that tunes the entire system to be in harmony with growth, trust, and renewal.
