Discover My Story
My name is Sunder Ravi. Or just Maks. :) I am a yoga and meditation. Your Meditation Buddy.

What is yoga to me?
It’s my path, a conscious choice. It’s my language of love. It’s the way I learn, live, teach, and serve. What comes with it — I trust the process.
How did it begin?
From suffering. From strategies of losing my Self for the sake of survival. With the search for my Self to stop chasing quick relief. With the pain, chaos, and discomfort that came with it.
What drew me to Kundalini Yoga?
I found the teachers intuitively. Before, I explored many different fields — from Reiki to massage techniques.
I owe a lot to the teachers whose presence is Light to me.
In which areas do I work?
-
Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra
-
Meditation, breathwork, mantra, and sound
-
Coaching and mentoring (also with NLP)
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Support through life crises
What do I carry in my backpack today?
I’m a certified yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance. I’ve acquired all my skills through professional training.
Also, I hold a degree in English teaching, which influences how I communicate and guide others in learning.
What are my core values on this path?
If I had to name five, they would be:
-
Authenticity – being myself without a spiritual mask
-
Practicality – I teach what works and makes sense
-
Kindness – I choose understanding over judgment
-
Empathy – I feel that we are connected
-
Integrity – I look for cause and effect
Has it always been easy?
Who said it would be? I’m a human being and I have my own processes.
I’ve walked through crises, addictions, loneliness. And that’s exactly why I know how important the presence of another person is on this path.
Who am I not?
Not a therapist or a psychologist. Definitely not a guru or a master.
I’m here to share tools that I learned. The tools that can help you take care of your nervous system.
With no judgment. No labels. No hierarchy. No competition.
Am I a magicman?
No. I work with practical tools, techniques, breath, and the body.
I have an analytical and rational mind that likes to know why something works. And it’s exactly this blend — of spirituality and down-to-earth tools — that makes up my work and my message.
And outside of yoga, in my free time?
I love swimming, traveling, learning languages, and diving into quantum physics.
I walk, bike, and listen to silence whenever I can. I enjoy discovering the world through different lenses — the scientific, the human, and the spiritual.
